LATAM Airlines Group S.A. Capital Reduction and Bylaws Amendment

LATAM Airlines Group S.A. has announced a significant capital reduction following the cancellation of 30,221,893,878 shares acquired under share repurchase programs. This reduction decreases the company's capital from US$5,003,576,326.78 to US$4,418,152,114.78, with the number of shares reduced from 604,441,789,335 to 574,219,895,457. Additionally, the company has approved amendments to Articles Five and First Transitory of its bylaws to reflect these changes. The resolutions were passed during an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on October 17, 2025, and will be formalized through the corresponding amendment to the bylaws in the coming days.
