On June 28, 2025, Aamir Hussain, Senior Vice President, Chief Technology & Product Officer (SVP, CT&PO) of Liberty Latin America Ltd., acquired 833 Class C Common Shares through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) under Rule 16b-3(d) and Rule 16b-3(c). On June 30, 2025, he acquired an additional 2,500 Class C Common Shares at a price of $6.22 per share under the same plan. Following these transactions, Hussain's total holdings of Class C Common Shares increased to 264,332. These transactions were exempt from Section 16 reporting requirements.
