Power of Attorney for Bilal Arif

Bilal Arif, Chief Operations Officer of KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc., has appointed Benjamin Palleiko as his attorney-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes Palleiko to execute and file Form ID, Form 3, 4, or 5 reports and any amendments required under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 on behalf of Arif. The authorization includes performing any necessary acts to complete and file these reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and any relevant stock exchanges. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Arif is no longer required to file such reports or until revoked in writing.
