Power of Attorney for John Morikis

John Morikis, a director of Johnson & Johnson, has executed a Power of Attorney appointing several individuals as his attorneys-in-fact. These attorneys are authorized to complete and execute Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144 on his behalf in accordance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Securities Act of 1933. They are also empowered to perform any necessary acts to file these forms with the SEC and other authorities. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Morikis is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier.
