IF Bancorp, Inc. Enters Standstill Agreement with Stilwell Group

On September 16, 2025, IF Bancorp, Inc. entered into a Standstill Agreement with the Stilwell Group, which includes Stilwell Activist Fund, L.P., Stilwell Activist Investments, L.P., Stilwell Partners, L.P., Stilwell Value LLC, and Joseph Stilwell. The agreement also involves Scott J. Dworschak, who will be appointed to the Boards of Directors of IF Bancorp and its subsidiary, Iroquois Federal Savings and Loan Association. The agreement restricts the Stilwell Group from acquiring additional shares, proposing mergers or other transactions that would result in a change of control, and engaging in certain other activities. The agreement will remain in effect until March 31, 2026, or the closing of a Company Transaction, whichever occurs first.
