Board Composition Changes at iQIYI, Inc.

iQIYI, Inc. has announced significant changes to its board composition. Mr. Junjie He and Ms. Shanshan Cui have resigned as directors and members of the compensation committee. Mr. Haijian He and Mr. Zhanbing Xu have been elected as new directors and members of the compensation committee, with Mr. Haijian He also taking on the role of chairman of the board and the compensation committee. These changes became effective on August 1, 2025. Mr. Haijian He, currently the chief financial officer of Baidu, brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited, Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Mr. Zhanbing Xu, currently the director of compensation and benefits at Baidu, has over 20 years of experience in compensation and benefits, having worked at Alibaba Group, Asiainfo-Linkage, and Sony Ericsson.
