Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting Obligations

Meredith Delk, Chief Administrative Officer of InnovAge Holding Corp., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Patrick Blair and Nicole D'Amato as attorneys-in-fact to handle Section 16 reporting obligations. This includes executing and filing Forms 3, 4, and 5 with the SEC and any relevant stock exchanges, obtaining transaction information from third parties, and taking any necessary actions related to these filings. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Delk is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
