ING Groep N.V. reported progress on its €2.0 billion share buyback program, which was announced on May 2, 2025. During the week of October 20 to October 24, 2025, the company repurchased 4,091,000 shares at an average price of €20.57, totaling €84,161,220. To date, ING has repurchased 100,595,891 shares at an average price of €19.76, amounting to €1,987,702,983.32, which represents approximately 99.39% of the program's maximum value.
