ING Groep N.V. reported progress on its €2.0 billion share buyback programme, which was announced on 2 May 2025. During the week of 8 September 2025 to 12 September 2025, the company repurchased 5,304,138 shares at an average price of €21.12, totaling €112,001,355.19. To date, ING has repurchased 76,876,884 shares at an average price of €19.26, amounting to €1,480,388,656.30, which represents approximately 74.02% of the maximum total value of the programme.
