IM Cannabis Corp. Announces Board Changes and Strategic Business Opportunities

IM Cannabis Corp. (IMC) has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors, effective September 15, 2025. Shmulik Arbel and Brian Schinderle have resigned from the Board, Audit Committee, and Compensation Committee. Asaf Yitzhaik and Eli Zamir have been appointed to the Board and Audit Committee, with Zamir also joining the Compensation Committee. Yitzhaik brings extensive experience in retail and real estate, while Zamir has a strong background in finance and public company governance. Additionally, Oz Adler has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board, replacing Oren Shuster, who remains CEO and a director.
