Inspira Technologies Increases Maximum Offering Price of Ordinary Shares

On September 16, 2025, Inspira Technologies Oxy B.H.N. Ltd. increased the maximum aggregate offering price of its ordinary shares under its Sales Agreement with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners from $7,117,720 to $9,985,579. The Sales Agreement, dated March 14, 2025, allows for the issuance of ordinary shares. The legal opinion from Sullivan & Worcester Tel-Aviv (Har-Even & Co.) regarding the legality of the issuance and sale of these shares is attached as Exhibit 5.1.
