Resignation of Eva Bellissimo from i-80 Gold Corp. Board of Directors

On October 21, 2025, Eva Bellissimo notified i-80 Gold Corp. of her intent to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective October 31, 2025. Her resignation is not due to any disagreements with the Company regarding its operations, policies, or practices. Ms. Bellissimo has served on the Board since the Company's inception in 2021 and most recently chaired the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. The Company plans to maintain a Board composition of at least seven seats and will seek a replacement with relevant experience to contribute to the Company’s growth.
