Power of Attorney for Christopher Richard Yetter

Christopher Richard Yetter, a director of Hydrofarm Holdings Group, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Jeremy Schustak and Erica Ackerman as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to act on his behalf in matters related to SEC filings, including the preparation, execution, and submission of forms such as Forms 3, 4, and 5, Schedules 13D and 13G, and Forms 144.
