H2O America Amends and Restates Credit Agreement
On September 12, 2025, H2O America, along with its subsidiaries San Jose Water Company, SJWTX, Inc., The Connecticut Water Company, and The Maine Water Company, entered into an Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association. The agreement increases the total commitment from $300 million to $350 million and extends the maturity date from August 2, 2029, to September 12, 2030. The sublimits for each borrower were also revised, with H2O America allocated $50 million, San Jose Water Company $165 million, SJWTX $30 million, The Connecticut Water Company $80 million, and The Maine Water Company $25 million. This amendment reflects updated terms and conditions for the credit facility, ensuring continued financial flexibility for the company and its subsidiaries.
