Zhai Min No Longer Subject to Section 16 Reporting Post Business Combination

Zhai Min, Chief Financial Officer of Horizon Space Acquisition II Corp. (HSPT), has voluntarily filed an "Exit" Form 4 to report that as of June 12, 2026, he no longer serves as an officer or holds ordinary shares of HSPT. This change is a result of the consummation of HSPT's initial business combination with SL Science Holding Limited and other entities on June 12, 2026. Consequently, Zhai Min is no longer subject to Section 16 reporting requirements.
