Terrestrial Energy Inc. Completes Domestication and Merger

Terrestrial Energy Inc. (formerly known as HCM II Acquisition Corp.) has completed its domestication from a Cayman Islands exempted company to a Delaware corporation. This process was part of a broader business combination agreement that also included a merger with Terrestrial Energy Development Inc. The merger was approved by HCM II shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on October 20, 2025. As a result of the domestication and merger, the company's name was changed to Terrestrial Energy Inc., and its common stock and warrants began trading on Nasdaq under the symbols 'IMSR' and 'IMSRW', respectively. The company also adopted a new certificate of incorporation and bylaws.
