Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited has published its annual reporting suite for the financial year ended 30 June 2025 (FY25). The suite includes the Integrated Report, Sustainability Report, Operational Report, Financial Report, Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves Report, Climate Action and Impact Report, and Remuneration Report. The company met production guidance for the 10th consecutive year, delivered record free cash flows, and provided strong shareholder returns. The company also announced its Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment report and the audited annual financial statements, which contain no modifications to the previously published financial results. The annual general meeting (AGM) will be held electronically on 26 November 2025, and proposed changes to the composition of the Social and Ethics Committee were announced.
