Haleon plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction

Haleon plc (the "Company" or "Haleon") announced the purchase of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each under the second tranche of its share buyback programme on 16 September 2025. The shares were purchased at a volume-weighted average price of 357.7194 pence per share. The Company intends to hold the purchased shares as treasury shares. Following this transaction, the Company's registered share capital is 8,952,353,648 ordinary shares, with 4,001,961 held as treasury shares. The number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 8,948,351,687. This transaction is part of the Company's ongoing share buyback programme announced on 31 July 2025.
