Power of Attorney for Ronald Scott Mund

Ronald Scott Mund, a director of Houlihan Lokey, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing several individuals as his attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney grants them the authority to prepare, execute, and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 with the SEC on his behalf, as required by Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also authorized to take any other actions necessary to comply with these filing requirements. The Power of Attorney will remain in effect until Mund is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
