Power of Attorney for Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. Director

Thomas Cecil Lachman, a director of Howard Hughes Holdings Inc., has granted a Power of Attorney to Nathan Bryce, James Marsh Hanson, Chance Walker Michaels, and Justin Chairman. This authorization allows them to act on his behalf in matters related to SEC filings, including the preparation and submission of Forms 3, 4, and 5, as required by Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary actions to complete and execute these forms, including amendments, and to file them with the SEC and relevant stock exchanges. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Lachman is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
