Power of Attorney for SEC Filings by Cortney Caudill

Cortney Caudill, SVP and Chief Operating Officer of Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc., has granted a Limited Power of Attorney to James R. Oehler, Nicole LaBrosse, and Jennifer Benoit. This authorization allows them to execute and file Forms ID, 3, 4, and 5, and amendments thereto, on behalf of Caudill in her capacity as an officer, director, and/or stockholder of the company. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary actions to complete and file these forms with the SEC and any stock exchange, including enrolling Caudill in the EDGAR system and managing her EDGAR account. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Caudill is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing. This document was executed on October 1, 2025.
