GSK plc Share Buyback Transaction on 22 October 2025

GSK plc announced the purchase of 248,000 of its ordinary shares on 22 October 2025 through BNP Paribas SA as part of its existing buyback programme. The shares were purchased at prices ranging from 1,625.00p to 1,655.00p per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 1,644.38p. Following this transaction, GSK plc holds 252,826,344 ordinary shares in treasury and has 4,062,590,575 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. The total number of voting rights in the company is 4,062,590,575, with 6.22% of voting rights attributable to the treasury shares. This buyback is in line with the company's non-discretionary agreement with BNP Paribas SA, announced on 30 September 2025.
