Limited Power of Attorney for Matthew Prusak

Matthew Prusak, President and Interim CFO of American Bitcoin Corp., has executed a Limited Power of Attorney appointing Aliza Rana, Michael Ho, Asher Genoot, and Matt Prusak as his attorneys-in-fact. This power of attorney authorizes them to prepare, execute, and submit various SEC forms on his behalf, including Forms 3, 4, and 5, which are related to the reporting of securities transactions and ownership. The attorneys-in-fact are also authorized to obtain necessary codes and passwords for electronic filings with the SEC. This Limited Power of Attorney will remain in effect until Prusak is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing.
