Global Partners LP Declares Third-Quarter 2025 Cash Distribution

Global Partners LP announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner, Global GP LLC, declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.7550 per unit ($3.02 per unit on an annualized basis) on all of its outstanding common units for the period from July 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025. The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2025, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 10, 2025. The press release also provided information regarding non-U.S. withholding requirements for distributions to non-U.S. investors, stating that 100% of the distributions are subject to federal income tax withholding at the highest applicable effective tax rate plus 10%.
