CytoMed Therapeutics Chairman Increases Shareholding

On October 22, 2025, CytoMed Therapeutics Limited announced that its Executive Chairman and substantial shareholder, Mr. Choo Chee Kong, increased his shareholding in the company through open-market purchases of 105,824 shares. This brings his total personal stake to 2.50% of the company. Additionally, through his holdings in Glorious Finance Limited and EP Capital Inc., he controls 19.45% of the company. In aggregate, he owns 21.95% of the company’s total outstanding shares. Mr. Choo expressed confidence in the company’s proprietary technologies and the growing biotech market in Asia.
