Power of Attorney for Anthony J. Radesca

Anthony J. Radesca, Chief Accounting Officer of Genpact Limited, has executed a Power of Attorney designating Heather D. White, Thomas D. Scholtes, and any attorney of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP as his attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to execute, acknowledge, deliver, and file documents required by the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, including Forms 3, 4, and 5, and any amendments thereto, on his behalf. The Power of Attorney is effective from October 6, 2025, until revoked by Radesca.
