Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting Obligation

Ivan Garcia, the Interim CFO of Freshpet, Inc., has executed a Limited Power of Attorney appointing Lisa Alexander and Andrew Lampert as his attorneys-in-fact. This power of attorney authorizes them to prepare, execute, and submit Forms 3, 4, and 5 in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as Form 144 under Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933, on his behalf. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary acts to complete and execute these forms, including amendments, and to file them with the SEC and any relevant stock exchange.
