Power of Attorney for Stefan Bomhard

Stefan Bomhard, a director of Flutter Entertainment plc, has appointed several individuals as attorneys-in-fact to execute and deliver forms required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to his ownership or transactions in securities of Flutter Entertainment plc. This includes filings under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, such as Forms 3, 4, and 5, as well as applications for EDGAR access codes like Form ID. The Power of Attorney will remain in effect until Bomhard is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing. The appointed attorneys are not assuming Bomhard's responsibilities to comply with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act.
