Power of Attorney for Michael Heinrich at Flora Growth Corp.

Michael Heinrich, Executive Chairman of Flora Growth Corp., has appointed Dany Vaiman as his attorney-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes Vaiman to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5, as well as Form ID and Update Passphrase Forms, on behalf of Heinrich in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney also grants Vaiman the authority to perform any necessary actions related to these filings and indemnifies the Company and Vaiman against any liabilities arising from the information provided by Heinrich. This Power of Attorney supersedes any prior powers of attorney and remains in effect until Heinrich is no longer required to file these forms.
