Resignation and Appointment of Independent Director at EUDA Health Holdings Limited

EUDA Health Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Wong Kong Yew as an independent director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee, effective October 23, 2025. His resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company. Following this, Huang Bo was nominated and appointed as the new independent director, Chairman of the Compensation Committee, and member of the Audit and Nomination Committees, effective October 24, 2025. Huang Bo is the General Manager of Shenzhen Key Lock Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a company related to a key business partner of EUDA. The Board has determined that his position at Shenzhen Key Lock Biotechnology Co., Ltd. would not interfere with his independent judgment as a director. Huang Bo has a background in various managerial roles and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Zhengzhou University of Technology.
