Equinor ASA has reported its third tranche of share buy-backs for 2025, covering the period from 24 July to 27 October 2025. From 8 September to 12 September 2025, the company purchased a total of 1,357,450 own shares at an average price of NOK 242.3610 per share. The total transaction value for this period was NOK 328,992,929.24. Including previously disclosed buy-backs, the total accumulated buy-backs under this tranche amount to 9,268,651 shares, with a total value of NOK 2,421,157,121.27. Following these transactions, Equinor ASA owns a total of 35,544,756 own shares, representing 1.39% of the company's share capital.
