Power of Attorney for Francis S. Soistman Jr. of eHealth, Inc.

Francis S. Soistman Jr., Chief Executive Officer and Director of eHealth, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney document. This document appoints several individuals, including employees of eHealth, Inc. and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, P.C., as his attorneys-in-fact. These attorneys-in-fact are authorized to complete and execute Forms 3, 4, and 5, as well as other necessary documents, on behalf of Soistman in compliance with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney also allows them to file these forms with the Securities and Exchange Commission, any securities exchange or national association, and the Corporation. The document remains in effect until Soistman is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
