Diamond Hill Investment Group Q2 2025 Financial Results

Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DHIL) reported its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of 2025. The company's combined assets under management (AUM) and assets under advisement (AUA) stood at $31.9 billion, consistent with the previous quarter but up from $31.1 billion a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $36.0 million, slightly down from $36.7 million in Q2 2024. Net income attributable to common shareholders increased significantly to $15.6 million, compared to $8.1 million in the same period last year. Diluted earnings per share rose to $5.73 from $2.93. The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $1.50 per common share, payable on September 12, 2025. Despite net client outflows of $644.0 million, the company launched a new fixed income strategy, the Diamond Hill Securitized Total Return Fund, on July 1, 2025.
