Power of Attorney for Anthony Coletta

Anthony Coletta, Chief Financial Officer of Sprinklr, Inc., has granted a power of attorney to Laura Acton and Jacob Scott to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 with the SEC on his behalf. This power of attorney allows them to perform any necessary actions related to these filings and remains in effect until Coletta is no longer required to file such forms, he revokes it in writing, or the attorneys-in-fact are no longer employed by the company.
