Limited Power of Attorney for Timothy H. Wennes

Timothy H. Wennes, a director of Cushman & Wakefield plc, has executed a Limited Power of Attorney appointing Noelle J. Perkins and Steven Belew as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including amendments and submissions to the SEC and stock exchanges. The power of attorney remains in effect until Wennes is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
