Susan Daimler, a director of Cushman & Wakefield plc, has executed a Limited Power of Attorney appointing Noelle J. Perkins and Steven Belew as her attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on her behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including amendments and submissions to the SEC and stock exchanges.
