CubeSmart Q3 2025 Earnings Release

CubeSmart announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, reporting diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.36 and funds from operations (FFO) per diluted share of $0.65. Same-store net operating income (NOI) decreased by 1.5% year-over-year, driven by a 1.0% decline in revenues and a 0.3% increase in operating expenses. The company opened one development property and issued $450 million in unsecured senior notes due in 2035. CubeSmart also added 46 stores to its third-party management platform, bringing the total to 863. The company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per common share.
