Power of Attorney for Jennifer Amy Johnson

Jennifer Amy Johnson, Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Corteva, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Dana Eddis, Bernard Devieux, and Abigail Jarrell as her attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on her behalf in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also authorized to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including obtaining codes and passwords for electronic filing with the SEC. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Johnson is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
