Power of Attorney for Section 16 Filing by Brock Albinson

Brock Albinson, SVP and Chief Accounting Officer of Claritev Corp, has executed a Power of Attorney (POA) appointing Tara O’Neil, Kent Bartholomew, and Kristen Kennedy as his attorneys-in-fact. This POA authorizes them to file necessary forms with the SEC under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including Forms 3, 4, and 5, as well as applications for EDGAR access codes and enrollment in the EDGAR Next system. The POA remains in effect until Albinson is no longer required to file these forms or until it is revoked in writing. The attorneys-in-fact are not assuming Albinson's responsibilities to comply with Section 16.
