Power of Attorney for Todd E. Cunfer

Todd E. Cunfer, EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Campbell's Company, has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Charles A. Brawley, III, Marci K. Donnelly, Andrew D. Kupchik, and Kishan Mistry as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to prepare, execute, and submit various SEC forms on his behalf, including Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144, related to his transactions and holdings in the company's securities. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Cunfer is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing.
