Kelly L. Palumbo, Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of Campbell's Co, has executed a Power of Attorney (POA) appointing Charles A. Brawley, III, Marci K. Donnelly, Andrew D. Kupchik, and Kishan Mistry as her attorneys-in-fact. This POA authorizes them to prepare, execute, and submit various SEC forms on her behalf, including Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144, related to her transactions in Campbell's Co securities.
