Co-Diagnostics, Inc. has entered into a material transfer agreement with ReadyGo Diagnostics Ltd to evaluate the compatibility of ReadyGo's sample collection and preparation technologies with Co-Diagnostics' Co-Dx PCR platform. ReadyGo's technologies aim to simplify diagnostic testing by collecting, lysing, stabilizing, and preparing biological samples. The Co-Dx PCR platform is designed for real-time PCR testing in decentralized and point-of-care settings. Under the agreement, ReadyGo will provide sampling materials to Co-Diagnostics for feasibility studies. This collaboration seeks to enhance the Co-Dx PCR platform's workflow and usability in decentralized testing environments. However, the agreement is for evaluation purposes only and does not guarantee any future commercial arrangements. Both parties acknowledge that the Co-Dx PCR platform is subject to regulatory review and is not currently available for sale.
