Power of Attorney for Susan Altschuller

Susan Altschuller, Chief Financial Officer of Climb Bio, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Chandra Adams, Aoife Brennan, and Cindy Driscoll as her attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to prepare, execute, and submit Forms 3, 4, and 5 to the SEC on her behalf, in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney also grants them the authority to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including obtaining electronic filing codes and submitting documents to stock exchanges or other regulatory bodies. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Altschuller is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
