Check Point Software Reports Strong Q3 2025 Financial Results
Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, showcasing significant growth. The company reported calculated billings of $672 million, a 20% increase year over year, and total revenues of $678 million, up 7% from the previous year. Security subscriptions revenues grew by 10% to $305 million. GAAP operating income was $199 million, representing 29% of total revenues, while non-GAAP operating income reached $282 million, or 42% of total revenues. GAAP EPS increased by 79% to $3.28, and non-GAAP EPS rose by 75% to $3.94. The company also completed the acquisition of Lakera, enhancing its AI security capabilities. Check Point's cash flow from operations was $241 million, and it repurchased 1.6 million shares during the quarter.
