The Chefs’ Warehouse Q3 2025 Financial Results

The Chefs’ Warehouse, Inc. reported its financial results for the third quarter ended September 26, 2025. Net sales increased by 9.6% to $1,021.3 million compared to $931.5 million in the same quarter of 2024. GAAP net income was $19.1 million, or $0.44 per diluted share, up from $14.1 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, in the prior year quarter. Adjusted net income per share was $0.50, compared to $0.36 in the third quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $65.1 million from $54.5 million in the same period last year. The company also updated its fiscal 2025 guidance, projecting net sales between $4.085 billion and $4.115 billion, gross profit between $987 million and $995 million, and adjusted EBITDA between $247 million and $253 million.
