Central Puerto S.A. Share Repurchase Announcement

Central Puerto S.A. has announced the repurchase of its own shares in compliance with the Capital Markets Law No. 26,831 and the rules of the Comisión Nacional de Valores. The company repurchased 131,000 book-entry common shares with a par value of ARS $1 each, at an average price of ARS 1,474.28 per share, totaling ARS 193,130,372. The transactions were completed on October 20, 2025, and did not exceed 25% of the average daily trading volume of the company’s shares over the previous ninety business days. The repurchase was conducted on the BYMA market.
