Concord Healthcare Completes Share Placing

Concord Healthcare Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited, announced the successful completion of a share placing on July 29, 2025. A total of 48,723,600 placing shares were placed at HK$5.54 per share to no fewer than six placees. This transaction was conducted under the terms and conditions of the placing agreement previously announced on July 22, 2025. Concord Healthcare's H shares have been listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since January 9, 2024.
