Appointment of Kimberly A. Box to Cibus, Inc. Board of Directors

On September 11, 2025, Cibus, Inc. appointed Kimberly A. Box to its Board of Directors. Ms. Box will serve on the Compensation Committee, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and a special committee evaluating strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value. She brings extensive experience from her roles at Gatekeeper Innovation, Inc. and Hewlett Packard, as well as her current board positions at McGrath RentCorp and Applied Science, Inc. Ms. Box holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has completed executive development programs at The Wharton School and Carnegie Mellon University. Her annual compensation includes a $60,000 cash retainer and $90,000 in equity compensation, prorated for the remainder of 2025.
