Banco Santander-Chile Board of Directors Change

Banco Santander-Chile has announced a change in its Board of Directors following the resignation of Mr. Rodrigo Echenique Gordillo. In an ordinary session held on July 29, 2025, the Board named Mr. José Francisco Doncel Razola as a regular director to replace Mr. Echenique Gordillo. Mr. Doncel Razola's mandate will commence from the Board of Directors' meeting in September 2025. This communication was made in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 and RAN 18-10. The announcement was signed by Andrés Trautmann Buc, CEO of Banco Santander-Chile, and addressed to Mrs. Solange Berstein Jáuregui, President of the Financial Markets Commission.
