Barclays PLC Commences Share Buy-Back Programme

Barclays PLC announced the commencement of a share buy-back programme on July 30, 2025, with a maximum consideration of £1,000 million. The programme, which will end no later than April 23, 2026, aims to reduce the company's share capital by purchasing and cancelling ordinary shares of 25 pence each. The buy-back will be conducted on the London Stock Exchange by Citigroup Global Markets Limited (Citi), acting as a riskless principal.
